People come into your life for a reason, season, or lifetime.

“A bad day for your ego is a good day for your soul.” — Robin Sharma

Ego is the voice of fear. Become aware of your higher self.

“You can play with toxic people, or you can live at world-class, you can’t do both.” — Robin Sharma

Own your morning — Elevate your life (5 AM)

“It doesn’t matter what other people are doing, all that matters is who you are becoming, and how far you’ve traveled.” — Robin Sharma

“Difference between busy being busy vs. busy with actual work getting done.” — Robin Sharma

Genuine productivity is quality work > busy work. Don’t do things just to “do them”. Be intentional with your energy.

The power of letting go

“Comparison is the thief of joy” — Robin Sharma

World-class formula: look at what others are doing, and do the opposite.

You can’t always be happy, you have to face the negatives for growth. Be less interested in complexity and invest in simplicity. Successful companies believe: when you take care of relationships, money takes care of itself.

Actions to take:

  • Remove people who bring you down
  • Rise before the sun
  • Stop comparing yourself
  • Be the most loving person in the room (you win)
  • Reflect on: Who deletes your joy?
  • Reflect on: Who elevates your joy?
  • Take things less personally
  • Stop eating sugar (2 weeks)

“The world used to be a bigger place, well still, there’s time. It’s just nice innit (isn’t it).” — Johnny Depp

“I’ve accepted the risk of dying, because I don’t want to just survive. I want to truly live.” — Unknown

‘Where there is life, there is hope” — Steven Hawking

“You are not machines, you are not cattle, you are men. You have the power to make this life free and beautiful.” — Charlie Chaplin

“We must be greater than what we suffer.” — Unknown

“I am sad” instead say “there is sadness” — Detach yourself from your emotions. Your identity is not “sad” you are not “sad”.

List the roles you play:

  • The daughter
  • The sister
  • The scholar
  • The athlete

*Reflect on them and see if you fulfill your identity. See if you are the best version of yourself. What do you want from them?
