This is a friendly reminder that taking breaks to prioritize yourself and your health is always important and I highly recommend doing so if you’re currently in a space where you feel like you need one or you just need your mind to be at rest. During this break I find the best activities to do are offline. I personally love reading and just hanging out in nature whether that be with a walk or sitting outside and observing my environment around me. I also find that writing things down (feelings, plans, etc) helps me clear my mind which is always nice. One of my favorites is to write down what I’m most excited about in the future, that can always help with motivation and inspiration too. Breaks can help a lot since it can be hard living in today’s world at such a fast pace. There’s so much knowledge and information that goes inside one’s brain and it’s tough to not spend every minute just thinking over every detail received. Being able to dedicate a few seconds or minutes to just breath and try to focus on feelings can be a beneficial addition to one’s life.
