What can you control?
Everything about you, your habits, values, attitude, productivity, thoughts, who you surround yourself with, your environment, where you spend most of your time (screen time too), other’s impact on you, how much you dwell on the past or worry about the future.

Step outside of your comfort zone. If you don’t, you’ll always be left wondering ‘what if’. If your comfort zone is always questioning what if, why don’t you get out and find out.

Cars need check-ins. The same goes for us. We need to renew ourselves. Some easy ways to do so is by:
- Getting a good night’s sleep
- Exercise. Take a walk around the neighborhood.
- Watch movies.
- Journal.
- Turn up the music and dance.
