Going back to college is quite the experience. Nobody likes move in day but that’s okay, it makes us stronger I guess. I think the rush of nerves is fine but it’s once you’re alone… in that room. The rush goes away and it’s just you and your conscious.
I am feeling lonely.
It’s hard to make friends when you’re not new to the school. I think it’s because everyone is already in a routine that’s comfortable to them and they’ve already established a nice friend group that they trust, it’s easy. I am not saying that it’s impossible to make friends, it just takes a lot of guts to approach someone at times. Especially when there’s a lot of people going to your college and your in a lecture with 400 other students.
Tips to make friends:
- on the first day, talk to your neighbor and ask if they want to study
- join clubs, attend workshops
