  • Stop focusing on what you can’t do. Instead, focus on what you can do.
  • Stop prioritizing people who don’t put you first.
  • If you don’t like what you’re doing, don’t do it (take this lightly)
  • Stop blaming others. take responsibility.
  • Stop taking it personally. It’s almost never about you they could just be having a bad day.
  • Don’t have a huge to-do list. Not being able to accomplish everything can make you feel guilty.
  • There’s no perfect moment. The only moment is now, use it wisely.

Instead. Start being proactive and productive.

  • Start your day the night before. Plan at night the day you’re going to have tomorrow.
  • Have a focus.
  • Use your time wisely. For example, spend the energetic parts of your day working on something tough, and the tired moments reading or something which doesn’t need as much attention.
  • Have a routine. It helps.
  • An easy way to get started is to wake up when you plan to, three days in a row.
