Use the 20/20/20 rule to help you. Build a morning ritual for yourself. The first 20 mins could be dedicated to exercise. Tip: have shoes near your bed as a reminder to go out on a walk, jog or run. The second 20 mins could be for your planning. Reviewing your goals and your daily schedule. The third 20 mins could be for learning something new.
