These last few days I have been neglected messages from my body. I didn’t listen to it and didn’t care to. This morning I was feeling good about myself and decided to listen and good things came from it. I hydrated myself and drank some tea to help with everything. I feel happier and my body has thanked me for that. Nothing big has changed but just the bare minimum is all my body needed and I am glad I did that. The outcome is so worth it. So the message I would like to pass on is, listen to your body sooner rather than later. Feel good about yourself, it’s worth it ❤
- Go outside today, feel the sun on your skin
- Take your vitamins
- Be well-nourished
- Drink that water :)
- Go on a little walk around the neighborhood
- Enjoy your surroundings, notice the trees, nature, birds, anything
- Be grateful!
