“An adult laughs an average of 15 times a day. A pre-schooler laughs an average of 400 times.. the moral is: yield to the child within you.” — BB3

  • Stop telling yourself you’re not worthy. You are worth it. Love. Happiness. Everything.
  • Don’t help others before you help yourself.
  • Never fear dreaming big
  • If something bothers you, change it.

To help, you should start:

  • Sleeping the recommended amount (6–8)
  • Put yourself first. Take time for yourself
  • Exercising. Release those endorphins.
  • Don’t lie when someone asks if you’re okay. Try opening up a bit.

“To deny negative emotions is to ignore useful feedback from the world.” — Mark Manson

Whenever you feel upset, either talk about it to someone trusted or try to figure out what’s causing you to feel this way. Maybe you’re in the wrong environment or you surrounding yourself with people who put you down. Only once you’ve identified the problem you can start finding a solution.

“Correct your mistakes before they become your habits.” — James Clear

“Never be so busy comparing what you have that you forget how fortunate you are to have it.” — James Clear

“It’s what you feel that matters” — The Secret

In the end, it’s important to not concentrate on how much has to be done. Focus on the small first steps. For starters, try taking some time out of your day and dedicate it to yourself. Have some you time. It doesn’t have to be a long period of time, it could be ten minutes a day. During those ten minutes, you can do whatever you’d like. Whatever makes you happy. You could meditate, read, listen to music, run around, write, garden, whatever rocks your boat.

“Stop worrying about how long it will take and get started. Time will pass either way.” — James Clear
